I only had one Positivo issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. On the last day they served undercooked turkey burgers. Nobody enjoyed the food.
